Own the moment
when everything is on the line.
When the room gets big, the mind either rises or retreats. This program builds the routines and readiness that let you perform in front of scouts, coaches, and crowds the same way you perform in practice.
Peak Athletic Performance
Peak Athletic Performance is a mental preparation program for athletes entering high-stakes environments like combines, showcases, draft cycles, and championship seasons, where the mind is tested as much as the body.
We build pressure-management systems, clutch-performance routines, and evaluator presence so the athlete performs in front of scouts, coaches, and crowds the same way they perform in practice.
Sessions include sport-specific mental rehearsal, scenario planning for the unexpected, and identity work that helps the athlete carry confidence into rooms where they are being judged.
Athletes leave with a written pre-event mental plan, a refocus protocol for mid-event setbacks, and a post-event review process that protects confidence regardless of outcome.

How it works
- 01
Event mapping and pressure profile
We identify the specific high-stakes events, the mental demands of each, and where the athlete currently leaks confidence or focus.
- 02
Mental preparation timeline
A dated plan that builds readiness week by week, with milestones for rehearsal, scenario planning, and confidence verification.
- 03
Live rehearsal and scenario work
Sport-specific mental rehearsal, mock-pressure sessions, and refocus drills tailored to the exact situations the athlete will face.
- 04
Event execution and post-event review
We support the athlete through the event itself, then review performance in a way that reinforces growth regardless of outcome.
Outcomes
- Calmer, more consistent performance under evaluation
- A repeatable pre-event mental routine the athlete trusts
- Faster recovery from mistakes during high-stakes moments
- Stronger presence and communication with scouts and coaches
- A mental approach that scales from showcase to pro debut
Who it's for
Athletes preparing for combines, showcases, recruiting visits, draft cycles, or championship seasons, and athletes who have historically underperformed when the stakes rise.
Frequently asked
When should I start before my event?
Ideally 8–12 weeks out so we can build readiness progressively. Shorter timelines are possible but require more intensive scheduling.
Do you attend the event with me?
We do not travel to events, but we prepare the athlete thoroughly beforehand and debrief immediately after. Some athletes schedule a pre-event session the day before.
What if I underperformed at a past showcase?
That is one of the most common starting points. We rebuild the mental narrative around the event and install routines that create a different outcome next time.
