Champion's Mental Edge is a structured ten-part video program built from years of one-on-one work with athletes who perform in practice but lose ground when the lights come on. Each module is a short, focused video lesson the athlete can watch, rewatch, and put to work right away.

The CORE Map is a personality and awareness profile developed to show people, in plain language, how they are naturally wired. It separates who you actually are from the version of yourself you have learned to perform for coaches, parents, teachers, and teammates.
