Sports Injury Recovery
To fully recover, injured athletes must overcome the intense mental and emotional impact of serious sports related injuries. Our injury protocol are The New Way Back from sports related injuries. Using protocols that utilizes re-scripting, Eidetic Imagery, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) we help athletes process and integrate the mental blocks and negative imagery and experiences associated with the injury.
