Robert B. AndrewsMA, LMFT

Robert has over 35 years of experience as a mental training consultant and licensed therapist. He has supported Olympians and Olympic hopefuls across the last five Summer Olympic Games, helping athletes earn Olympic medals and World Championship titles across 13 sports and 12 countries, including gymnastics, trampoline, swimming, diving, basketball, fencing, judo, track & field, sailing, kite surfing, and rhythmic gymnastics.

Robert also works extensively with NFL, NBA, and MLB players on transition, injury recovery, and contract-year stress, and he has supported active and retired Special Forces members and Gold Star families. He is especially known for return-to-play protocols that address the mental and emotional hurdles of serious injury so athletes can come back confident and ready.

What Robert brings

A genuine love for athletes and the grit it takes to compete. He brings elite-level experience, close coordination with surgeons, PTs, and athletic trainers, and practical mental skills that work from the first session whether you are twelve or twenty-two.

Michael HeckMA, LPC

Michael has 24 years of experience as a counselor, coach, and clinical director working at the intersection of mental health and athletics. A former college football player and minor-league athlete, Michael has coached runners and high school football and has a strong track record working with athletes across the United States and internationally.

Michael is a licensed professional counselor in Texas, Arizona, and Montana and resides with his family in Phoenix, Arizona. He specializes in removing mental blocks, guiding athletes through injury and rehab, and advising families and coaches on developmental best practices. Michael holds advanced training in EMDR (EMDRIA trained).

Galen is a former Division I baseball player who focuses on helping adolescents and young adults manage the competing demands of sport, school, and life. As a licensed clinician and personal trainer, he blends mindset training, stress management, and emotional intelligence into coaching that motivates teens to be authentic, resilient, and performance-ready.

He emphasizes mindset, stress management, emotional intelligence, and mental toughness in achieving athletic excellence. He excels at inspiring teens and young adults to embrace authenticity, build strong character, and fully realize their talents.
