    Dear Mr. Andrews.
    I just read the article for the USA Women’s Gymnastics Team ( Simone Biles & Laurie Hernandez.
    I really want to thank you for helping bring our profession to the forefront of the country.
    As a Certified Sports Psychology Consultant and AASP member ( #466), it make me produce to be a part of the profession. I am studying for licensure in Marriage and Family Therapy as well. I hope to see you at the AASP conference here in Arizona where I reside.

I believe you training is the right combination. it allows you to work on performance related issues an systemic issues that might be effecting performance. I appreciate your kind words. Distance coaches shouldn't weigh athletes.

The 'data' coming in doesn't actually tell you much worthwhile and it isn't worth the potential psychological harm or message that comes from it.

Still astonishes me how frequently this occurs in the college setting.
